Yearly summary

In accordance with banking transparency regulations, Scalapay IP needs to send a yearly summary of all expenses to each customer related to purchases and financing with Scalapay IP done during the previous year. For this reason, you will receive an email from us with a summary of all expenses, late fees and pending installments.

We remind you that, in case of late payment of unpaid installments, additional costs are expected, as detailed at this link: Late Fees.

In any case, the fees for late payment will never exceed 15% of the total cost of the product, it being understood that the amounts may be rounded up to the second decimal place.

Why is the amount indicated in "remaining installments" different from what I see in the app?

The email contains a summary of the orders and installments to be paid, updated as of 31/12/2024, so your current situation will definitely be different.

Why is the total amount of orders indicated in the table less than what I spent with Scalapay in 2024?

The table only refers to purchases made with Scalapay IP in 2024, so not all of your purchases are part of this summary.
