Late fees

What happens if I haven’t paid my instalment before the due date or if the payment was not successful ? 

Don’t worry, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment.

  • You can wait for the charge to be made automatically by the end of the due date.
  • You can decide to pay on your own by visiting the section My Payments in your account and clicking Pay Now. 
  • If this is not the case, Scalapay will charge a late fee.

 

What will be the amount of the late fees ? 

For customers in Portugal:

  • Payment made by due date = No extra charge!
  • Late payment over 24 hrs = EUR 1.20 additional charges
  • Late payment over 9 days = EUR 1.20 additional costs (in addition to the first fee)

For customers in Belgium:

  • Payment made by due date = No extra charge!
  • Late payment over 24 hrs = EUR 1.20 additional charges
  • Late payment over 9 days = EUR 1.20 additional costs (in addition to the first fee)

For customers in Netherlands:

  • Payment made by due date = No extra charge!
  • Late payment over 24 hrs = EUR 1.20 additional charges
  • Late payment over 9 days = EUR 1.20 additional costs (in addition to the first fee)

For customers in Finland:

  • Payment made by due date = No extra charge!
  • Late payment over 24 hrs = EUR 1.20 additional charges
  • Late payment over 9 days = EUR 1.20 additional costs (in addition to the first fee)

For customers in Austria:

  • Payment made by due date = No extra charge!
  • Late payment over 24 hrs = EUR 1.20 additional charges
  • Late payment over 9 days = EUR 1.20 additional costs (in addition to the first fee)

 

What if I had an unforeseen situation instead and wanted to postpone my instalment?

We understand that there could be unforeseeable situations the make it difficult to pay invoices on time. The automatic feature is currently offline, please contact us at this link for further info.
