Scalapay is a payment method that allows customers to shop from online and physical stores, receive the products immediately, and pay in 3 or 4 monthly instalments.
There are no additional costs for the customer as long as the instalments are paid on time, except for the 4-instalment option, which includes a small service fee. This fee is calculated based on the total value of the order and is shown clearly at checkout.
At the time of purchase, the first instalment is charged immediately, followed by monthly instalments. Instalment amounts may vary slightly depending on the total and the inclusion of any service fees.
Pay in 3:
1st instalment: at the time of purchase
2nd instalment: 1 month after purchase
3rd instalment: 2 months after purchase
Pay in 4:
1st instalment: at the time of purchase (and a small service fee applies).
2nd instalment: 1 month after purchase
3rd instalment: 2 months after purchase
4th and final instalment: 3 months after purchase
⚠️ The 4th instalment cannot be postponed.
Scalapay pays the merchant the full value of the order upfront, so the customer can enjoy immediate delivery.

This card can be used for online purchases at affiliated merchants and supports both Pay in 3 and Pay in 4 options.

In-store Purchases with Barcode or Payment Link
Scalapay also enables physical in-store purchases through:
Barcode: Customers can generate a barcode via the app to pay in-store with the option to Pay in 3 or Pay in 4 installments.
Payment link: If offered by the merchant, customers may receive a payment link via SMS or email, which they can follow to complete their order with the option to Pay in 3 or Pay in 4 installments.
