Every order is automatically checked by our systems when you try to make a purchase.

Not all orders are approved, and this can happen for various reasons.


Why was it declined?

Sometimes we’re able to give you a clear reason, but for security reasons, we can’t always explain the refusal in detail.

This decision cannot be changed by either our Customer Support team or the store where you placed the order.


What can you do now?

If your request continues to be declined, you won’t be able to use Scalapay to complete the purchase.

We recommend choosing another payment method.

Order approval does not depend only on the availability of your card, but on various factors evaluated in real time by our system.
