In the event of a return, the return policy of the shop where you purchased the product applies.

If a voucher is issued by the shop, your instalments will still be active and must be paid according to the due dates.

If the shop decides to refund the amount of the returned products, Scalapay will refund the amount after receiving the shop's authorization: cancelling the unpaid instalments and refunding the already paid instalments directly to your payment card.
