How can I pay with the Scalapay Card?

1️⃣🛒 Select the shop where you want to shop from the Scalapay app.

2️⃣ When you’re at checkout, click onPay with Scalapay at the bottom of the page. You can choose to see how the Virtual Card works or pay right away.

3️⃣ To proceed, click on Pay with Scalapay Card.

4️⃣ Choose the Card amount based on your cart total. Don’t forget to include delivery costs 🚚.

✅ If you choose an amount higher than your purchase, no problem — the difference will be refunded to the payment method you used to generate the Virtual Card, not to the Virtual Card itself.

⛔ If the amount is lower than your purchase, the order won’t go through.

‼️ If you notice this before completing the purchase, we recommend creating a new Virtual Card.

5️⃣ Once you’ve entered the amount, you’ll see your payment plan and the saved card in your Scalapay account that will be used to generate the Virtual Card.

👉 Click Generate single-use card.

6️⃣ If you haven’t verified your identity 🪪 yet, the system will prompt you — just follow the steps.

⚠️ Without verification, you can’t continue.

7️⃣ After verification, your Virtual Card ✨ will appear.

📋 You can copy the card numbers for convenience.

8️⃣ At checkout, select credit card payment 💳.

9️⃣ Copy the numbers of the Virtual Card (you’ll see them at the bottom of the screen) and confirm your purchase! 🛒

If you don’t receive a confirmation email right away and don’t see your payment plan yet, don’t worry — it’s normal. 😊

⌛ If you generate a card but don’t use it within 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled and you can create a new one.

🙋‍♀️ If you want to cancel it yourself:

1️⃣ Go to the site where you generated the card through the Scalapay app.

2️⃣ Click the pink dot at the bottom right.

3️⃣ Select Manage card.

4️⃣ Click Cancel card 🗑️

Easy and quick! ✨

Your spending limit depends on several factors. It’s not linked to the balance or limit of your credit card 💳. However, some cards may give you a higher limit.

📌 Tips for you:

🛒 Try reducing your cart amount, or pay off some installments if you have other ongoing orders.

🔔 If possible, use a credit card to create the Virtual Card and place your order.

📈 The more you use Scalapay and pay on time, the more your spending limit will grow over time.

If your order still isn’t approved, unfortunately you won’t be able to complete it with Scalapay. But you can always try again in the future.

The purchase will still go through, but you won’t pay with Scalapay and won’t have installment payments. 💳
