What happens if I don’t pay the instalment on time or if the payment fails?
No worries — you’ll have 24 hours to complete the payment:
You can wait for the automatic charge, which will be attempted by midnight of the new due date.
You can pay manually by going to the My Payments section in your Scalapay account and clicking “Pay Now”.
If the payment is not completed, Scalapay will apply late fees.
How much are the late fees?
For customers in Austria, Belgium, Finland and Netherlands:
Payment made by due date = No extra charge!
Late payment over 24 hrs = EUR 1.20 additional charges
Late payment over 9 days = EUR 1.20 additional costs (in addition to the first fee)
