My request has been refused

Our systems evaluate each order individually at the time of purchase and not all orders are approved. Whenever possible, we will inform you of the reason for rejection but often for security reasons we are unable to provide a detailed explanation.


This decision cannot be changed by any of our operators or shop staff.

If your request is still not approved, you will not be able to use Scalapay for your purchase and will have to use a different payment method.
