🔐 How to access your Scalapay account
We use two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure on first login or when connecting from a new device — plus a quick PIN or biometric shortcut for next time!
You can log in to your account in two ways:
👉 From the website:
Go to scalapay.com
Click on Login in the top right corner
Enter the phone number you used to register
Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to your mobile phone
Enter the OTP code sent via email to your Scalapay email address (only required before setting up your PIN)
Almost done! 🎉 Set up your Scalapay Account PIN for quicker access next time
💡 Didn’t receive the email OTP? Check your SPAM folder.
📱 From the App:
Enter the phone number you used to register
Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to your mobile phone
Enter the OTP code sent via email to your Scalapay email address

🔄 Changed your number or email address?
If your phone number or email address has changed, you’ll need to update it on your account.
🚪 How to log out of your account
You can log out at any time:
From the App: Tap Log out in your Profile section
From the browser/PC: Click Log out from all devices to disconnect from everywhere
