Before deleting your account, please make sure that all your instalments have been paid.
You can delete your account through the Scalapay app in the section: “Profile” – “Personal Details” – “Delete Account”.
Please provide your phone number, registration email, as well as your first and last name, so we can correctly identify you.
While your request is being processed, you can remove your card from the account. You can find the procedure here.
