How to delete your account
Before proceeding, please make sure you have no outstanding instalments: account deletion is only possible once all payments have been completed.
You can request the deletion by contacting Luna directly below.
To identify you correctly, we will ask you to provide:
Full name
Registered phone number
Registered email address
Once we have received your information and confirmed there are no outstanding instalments, we will proceed to close your account.

In the meantime, you can remove your card from the account by following the procedure here.
