My phone number or my email have changed, how can I access my account?

To modify your phone number and/or the email associated with your account, please contact us on our form.

In order to protect your data, we will reply with an email that will allow us to verify you are the rightful owner of the account, we will then proceed with the change.

We remind you that it is not possible to have 2 Scalapay accounts: you'll see an error message if you try to access with another phone number.
