To refund an order from the Scalapay portal:
- Go to the "Orders" page
- Click on "Refund"
- Enter the amount to be refunded.
- Click on "Refund Order"
Please note: once a refund has been issued it is not possible to delete or modify the transaction.
If your e-commerce platform has the returns feature built in, once you have processed the refund in your e-commerce, the refund on Scalapay also occurs automatically. If you are not sure, always check on the Scalapay portal after you have issued your first refunds.
