Our approval systems evaluate each order individually at the time of payment and not all orders are approved. Whenever possible we will tell you the reason for rejection directly at checkout but often for security reasons we are unable to provide a detailed explanation.
This decision cannot be changed by any of our operators.
Very often your bank may refuse the transaction itself. In this case you should contact your bank directly to ask for an explanation or try using a different card.
Also, remember that if you are late with one or more payments, you will not be able to make any further purchases with Scalapay until you have repaid your instalments.
We are sorry, but if your order is still not approved, you will not be able to use Scalapay for your purchase and will have to use a different payment method.
