How do I know if my order has been successful?

You will know that your order has been successful once you have received our confirmation email. You can also check directly from your Scalapay profile in the Orders section as shown in the following image:




However, to check the status of your order, you will have to contact the seller's customer service department as Scalapay has no visibility over products and deliveries.
