How can I access my account?

You can log in directly from our website by clicking on "Login" on the top right hand side or from the following link

If you are using a browser or a PC  and don't have any password yet, you will be asked to create one. You will be prompted to enter the password anytime you will login from a browser/ PC:

If you are using the App you will be asked to enter your telephone number used for registration:

You will then receive an OTP to your email address linked to your Scalapay account. If you don't receive any email, please check into the SPAM email folder. 

If you prefer to receive the OTP on your phone you can do so by clicking on "Send to +39****" just like in the example below:

If you changed your phone number, we kindly invite you to click here.

You can log out of the 'account' section of your profile whenever you want:
* from your current device by clicking on "Log out of your profile".
* from your browser/PC you can log out from all your devices where you have asked to stay logged in by clicking on 'Log out of all devices'.
